My inspiration comes from self exploration. My painting usually reflect my inner condition. These paintings are my latest series, the topic is “the room”. I had a hard time for a long time,and it become worse and worse, then I found its difficult for me to go outside and communicate with people, so the room became the place I stay the longest.
I arrange some symbolic objects in the painting, and the light is the most important thing to myself. I used some shining ,glowing fabric,and embroider these elements on canvas. So you may find there’s lots of windows ,sunshine or light in my painting.
Every artwork symbolizes an important emotion or condition in my life, and when I am creating the work ,it’s the way to overcome my anxiety.
